What about the weather? I am having an outdoor event. Do I have to commit myself for weather cover in advance months?

We can plan this together and reserve our stocks of tent structures. We will review the situation 15 days before the event and commit our stocks.

Is it true that your rates are very expensive?

Not at all, but our services are of the very best quality.

Every event is individual and different, and our pricing is too. There’s no such thing as a one-size fits all wedding, and we wouldn’t want you to be stuck with a package that is the wrong fit. When you contact us, we will want to meet or have a conversation so that we can gather more information about you, your needs, and your event. Then, we will put together customized proposals to fit your event. It’s important to us that we provide you with exactly what you need – so we will adjust it until its right!

Do you only do large size weddings?

No matter if your wedding is a small intimate affair, a grand party for hundreds, or anything in between – we have the knowledge and skills to help you bring it to life. You probably haven’t organised a wedding before, and it can be a daunting task, but we believe firmly that the event can be enjoyable, low stress, and super fun! We are here to make wedding decorations and logistical contracting more manageable. We are here to make your wedding day easier.

Do you rent out accessories for our wedding venue?

Yes we do. We provide a full range of items, but if you are thinking of an item which you have not yet found, please contact us.

Do I absolutely need a wedding planner? What about your company to be my coordinator? My venue has a coordinator? What is the difference?

It is very possible to have a wedding without a planner or coordinator and to use us as logistical project managers. But a wedding planner or coordinator could make things easier on you, your partner, your family and more importantly – you, the couple, should not be the ones bearing the weight of the details/logistics/time checking on the wedding day. So here’s what you need to know:

A wedding planner is someone who helps you with the research, design, planning, and logistics leading up to the wedding. Sometimes this starts as early as one or even two years before the wedding, when there isn’t even a venue or date chosen yet. The wedding planner is there to help you through the entire process from day one through the wedding day, to take care of lots of it for you, and to make it all happen.

Do you provide wedding services and logistics?

We focus on the design and aesthetics of your wedding. We’re designers and so we focus on what we know. Most couples can make their own arrangements for a lot of the logistics, but are a bit lost when it comes to pulling together a stunningly beautiful event. We handle creating and executing the overall décor concept.

Would you turn – What if into what is?

Yes, of course we do not provide any design proposal if it is not workable. Our design proposals are innovative, effective and on budget. We will deliver the project to you on time offering you quality, efficiency and reliability.

Do you do events other than weddings? What about destination weddings?

Yes and yes. Any kind of party – we’re so there!

Can I get technical support for my event ?

We offer a 24 x 7 service both before during and after the event. Our executives will be with you through the event or show.

Why should I appoint a wedding planner ?

A wedding planner offers more comprehensive services that can include contracting and negotiating with your venue, church arrangements, caterer, photographer, DJ/band, transportation, creating timelines, organizing your rehearsal reception/dinner, and generally being on site the day before and the entire day for your wedding to coordinate all of the vendors.
